Caddis hatch is in full swing. The larger cream colored caddis are coming off and the trout seem to be keying on these. Pupas and emergers continue to be good with some fish taken on dry flies (elk hair caddis). Brown trout seem to have become more active with the larger caddis now hatching. Activity seems to be at intervals all day with most of the action coming in the afternoon.
The river is low and clear with minimum generation. Hopefully the front coming thru on Friday and Saturday will not rain enough to change this.
