Nice Morning!!  I got up this morning and it felt like a new world.  It was actually cool before I got to the river.  Hopefully the extreme heat has broken and we can get back to more normal temperatures.  It seems to all be coming together for great fall fishing.  The lake is 1 foot over normal and falling at about 3 tenths of a foot per day.  We could be seeing a real cutback in generation by the weekend.  Tomorrow, Wednesday, they are to start generation at 11:00 am.  This will allow more wading opportunities.
The river is still a little cloudy but with a reduced generation, I think it should clear more in the coming days.  It’s cloudy but still good fishing water.
