The fishing is great!!  That says it all.  With the low clear water and hatches of Blue-winged Olives and March Browns the fish are active and very cooperative.  Pick the right fly and presentation and you are in business.  Size 14 mayfly nymphs and size 20 midge pupas were the best choices on yesterday’s trip with my clients landing over 100 fish.  All catch and release, with each being returned to the river in good shape to live and be caught another day.  Emergers and soft hackles are also a good choice.
This weather for the first of July is also great!  With highs in the 80’s and good water, the fishing should continue to be good thru next week.  Check online for generation schedules for this period.  Demand should be lower than usual with the cool temperatures so generation should be on the low side.
I do have openings next week if you want to take advantage of these great fishing conditions.  Just give me a call at 501-690-9166 to check available dates.

Have a Happy and Safe 4th of July!!   Please be safe and courteous on the highways and waterways.

Good Fishing!!
