The river remains low and clear.  Some brown movement is being seen but no fish on the shallow shoals.  My clients caught 4 browns yesterday in pools where they hold before moving to the shoals.  The largest was 18 inches.  Rainbows are on some of the shoals trying to spawn.
With no generation on the weekend and very little during the week, the river is extremely low and clear so small flies and light tippet are the key to catching fish.  The fish are taking size 18 and 20 emergers.

Good Fishing!!
