The river is low and clear with afternoon generation of about 4 hours during the week and 1 to 2 hours on the weekend. The fishing is good with the best bite in the morning and midafternoon. The best flies are sow bugs, small midge pupas and pheasant tail nymphs with some fish being caught on micro jigs in deeper water. There is a small blue winged olive hatch from midafternoon to dusk. Happy 4th of July!! The lakes and rivers will be crowded this weekend so please be courteous to your fellow anglers and Be Safe!! The river is low, so be careful running your outboard motors………the rocks always win! Good Fishing!! Greg Seaton 501-690-9166 littleredflyfishingtrips.com
