The Corp has requested Southwest Power to generate over the weekend so we can expect 24/7 generation to be approximately the same as this week.  This is equivalent to 1 to 1 ½ generators around the clock.  This eliminates wade fishing at all shoals on the river.  Drift fishing is available using large weighted nymphs or streamers.
Please take care on the higher water to avoid being pushed against docks and logs on the upstream side.
Southwest Power said there was a possibility of the generation to be reduced next week, if the lake quits rising.  They are working with the Corp to maintain the lake below the normal pool level to complete the work on the dam.  The repairs are replacing the seals and painting the floodgates. This will be ongoing for some time.
