An update on the water conditions:

The Corp and power department have both told me that we can expect generation between 10:00 am and midnight each day beginning Tuesday.  They are scheduled to run one generator around the clock thru Monday, due to the modification of one of the turbines.  The river is clear.  If this projected generation holds true the fishing should be good starting Tuesday.  I am starting on the upper river in the morning and fishing the falling water downstream in the afternoons with good success. If you are planning a trip on the river, now would be a good time since this generation schedule will hold as long as the White river is at or above flood stage.
The fish are taking caddis emergers, midge pupas and sow bugs.
